INTRODUCTION
Pavlos Yeroulanos’ political office/civilian office (hereafter “the Office”) created the website www.yeroulanos.gr (hereafter “website”) in order to provide information to its visitors (hereafter “users”). These terms and conditions govern the use of the website, including all pages within this website, and the users must read them carefully before they visit or use the pages. In case of objection to any of these Terms and Conditions, users should not use this Website. By using this Website, you expressly accept all Terms and Conditions contained herein in full.
The Office maintains the right to modify the current Terms and Conditions of Use at any given time without prior notice, but remains responsible of its obligation to update the present documents on any modification or addition.
CONTENT-The Office’s RESPONSIBILITIES
This website is to be used “as it is”, without the possibility of modifying or otherwise interfering by the User. The Office works with all means towards providing security during use as well as accurate, complete, valid, reliable and updated information, but does not commit, neither does it guarantee, nor assumes any kind of responsibility in regard to the information’s reliability, completeness or timeliness. All information provided to the Users through our Website does not comprise in any case, directly or indirectly, encouragement, advice or incitement to proceed to any action but relies on the Users/visitors’ discretion to assess what is provided to them and to act based on their own personal will, excluding any responsibility on our side.

USERS’ OBLIGATIONS
The User/visitor using the services of our Website is obliged to do so according to the law, the principles of morality and the present conditions, and must not proceed to actions or omissions which may cause harm to the operation of the Website or third party intellectual property rights.
Apart from specific third party rights (intellectual and others), the entire content made available every time on the Website (indicatively: signs, logos, photos, texts and all files in general), comprises intellectual and industrial property of the Office and is protected by the relevant provisions of the Greek, EU and international Law.

The Office works as hard as possible for the optimal and continuous operation of the website, without guaranteeing that its operations or the operation of the hosting servers will be uninterrupted or without any error, free of viruses or similar elements. The Office is not responsible for any destruction of any kind that can be caused by using the present website, including, but not restricted to, direct, indirect, random, coincidental and consequential.
VOTINGS
In order for the User to participate in votes realized by or through the Website no personal data is requested. The User’s vote is registered exclusively for drawing conclusions in relation to the position of the common opinion on a certain subject. The answers of the votes are registered, analyzed and commented by the Office, which holds the exclusive right to use this data, the conclusions of which are the Office’s intellectual property.
PASSWORDS
In order to access specific services or to be connected to certain webpages, it is possible that the Office asks users to provide their data in order to provide them their relevant Password. The abovementioned data must always be true, accurate, valid and complete. The Users are responsible for all actions taken with use of the password and are obliged to notify the Office immediately on any unauthorized use and any (even potential) breach of security. AVAILABILITY & SECURITY OF THE WEBSITE
The Office works competently for the maintenance and availability of the website. However the Users must accept that the Office is entitled to modify or/and discontinue, temporarily or permanently the entire or part of it with or/and without prior notice towards the Users, given that availability may be affected by the Users equipment, other connection networks, the large number of people trying to use the Office simultaneously or other causes. Therefore the Office does not have any responsibility for any kind of damage (positive, consequential, negligent, contractual or other) derived from the use of the Website or the lack of accessibility to it by the Users, ceasing part or all of it, delays, non-delivery, disruption or bad quality of receiving its services or loss of their content, the existence of any kind of errors. In any case the Office is entitled to temporarily or permanently pause the operation of part or the entire website for reasons of maintenance, upgrade or any other reason.
Even though the Office works as hard as possible to protect the Website from digital viruses, it cannot guarantee that it will never be infected (virus free). Processing of personal data
Your personal data is subject to processing by the Office, the Office being responsible for any processing (contact info: telephone:…., e-mail:…. Address:….) for mailing purposes of informational material of the Office (address, contact telephone number etc), press releases, announcements, invitations and other mailing and calling related to the present political activity. Your personal data will be saved by the Office for the duration of its political activity, unless you request it is deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
You are entitled to receive confirmation from the Office on whether or not your personal data is being processed. In case your personal data is being processed (collection, retention, saving and use, but in no case rendering them available to third parties) you have the right to ask for access to your personal data and to various information related to the processing of this data, such as indicatively the recipients of your personal data, the period of time it will be stored for etc. You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data that is being processed, to ask for amendment of inaccurate personal data that concerns you, to ask for incorporation of additional personal data that concerns you where it is missing, to ask for personal data that concerns you to be deleted, to ask for discontinuation of processing of your personal data, to receive the personal data that concerns you in a form that is structured, widely used and recognizable by search engines, to transfer your personal data to a different processing supervisor, without any objection from the Office, to ask for the direct transfer of your personal data from the Office to a different processing supervisor, as long as this is technically feasible, to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, to refuse at any given moment the processing of the personal data that concerns you for commercial promotion purposes, to withdraw your consent at any time.

GOVERNING LAW- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The present Terms and Conditions of Use and any modification are governed by the Greek Law. The courts of Athens are the competent bodies for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the present contract.
